It’s natural to desire the fancy titles (CEO or Founder), but be careful not to be stuck in a role.

People want to associate with the real you, and not the role-playing you. Furthermore, intentions will be clear, and any action will be effortless. Authenticity results in more meaningful relationships, and you will enjoy your work.

Also, encourage transparency among your employees to build a more collaborative and creative environment.

Also known as intuition, or premonition, you should always trust your gut feeling.

Hunches are the soul’s compass and will forever lead you in the right direction.

Listening to your gut results in clarity, and insight for more beneficial business choices. If you can’t trust your own judgement, you are doomed to stagnate.
